eLeadership with the Experts

IMC would like to announce their inaugural partnership with the International Association for eLeadership for "innovation in education". This is an exciting opportunity for these two organisations to cooperate and promote eleadership and use of technology in Australia and globally.

E-Leadership is a new type of leadership which is becoming essential to organisational innovation and competitiveness, as outlined in a 2015 report by INSEAD entitled "e-Leadership: Skills for Competitiveness and Innovation".

The vision of the International Association for eLeadership is to build a vibrant global community of members, partners and other parties who are committed to sharing knowledge, practice, research and training on e-leadership; to enhance education, "open government", health and performance for all people, facilitating cyber safe participation and global security (Prague, 2009). The International Association for eLeadership is an excellent partner for consulting, planning and development towards better eLeadership and technology adoption/implementation within organisations.
