His Excellency MA Chaoxu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the PR China to Australia, and his wife arrived in Sydney on 29 August 2013. Dr Minshen Zhu of TOP Education participated in the welcome event at the Airport, and presented the Ambassador with his calligraphy.
