On 19th May 2008, Dr Minshen Zhu accompanied Prof ZHAO Jinguang, Dean of the International Exchange of Hebei Normal University China, and Ms YI Quange, the Manager of Australia and New Zealand Department, visiting Canberra and meeting with His Excellency Junsai Zhang, the Chinese Ambassador to Australia, and Madame Xiaoyu Zhu, the Ministry Counselor (Education).
