On 21st Feb 2008, Dr Minshen Zhu participated in a panel discussion at the China Business Summit in Sydney. Dr Zhu strongly suggested lowering the risk assessment level for Chinese students in relation to their student visas in Australia, as China had already become the number one trading partner of Australia and the single largest source country of international students in Australia.
