On 8th May 2006, Dr Minshen Zhu signed a Letter of Intention with Prof Tony Adams, Prof Vice-Chancellor (International) of Macquarie, and Prof Yinzhang Chen, Director of Foreign Affairs of Fudan, for a project coordinated by Top Education Group, commencing in December 2006 for Macquarie's Master students in business studies receiving a short course at Fudan Management School in how to do business with China.
