TOP Education Institute has reached a strategic agreement with Xing Wei College in Shanghai

In April 2012, TOP Education Institute has reached a strategic agreement with Xing Wei College in Shanghai. Based on this agreement, the Institute will apply for the approval of Australian government authority for extending Liberal Arts degree education in Sydney campus.
