Membership of the International Association for eLeadership is an opportunity to be part of a growing global movement towards technological integration in the workplace and beyond. It's no longer an option to leave knowledge and acumen with technology to the IT departments of organisations. Change and adoption of technology has become an integral part of of top-down management and the direction of organisations, and needs to be integrated and innovated in all aspects of workplace systems and practice.
