Legal Method and Legal Process are the two foundational courses which serve as the base for every other course in the LLB programme. They are designed to introduce students to the sources of the law, various components of the legal system, the operation of the legal system and its institutions, and the methods and skills employed by lawyers. During the course of your law degree you will learn to:
