Emeritus Professor Stephen Nicholas to take up the Chairmanship of its Academic Board from 1 July 2015

Top Education Institute is honoured by the acceptance of Emeritus Professor Stephen Nicholas to take up the Chairmanship of its Academic Board from 1 July 2015. 

Emeritus Professor Stephen Nicholas, MA (Iowa), PhD (honoris causa)  (Superior University). Is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, Australia. He is Emeritus Professor of International Business at the University of Newcastle and Yunshan Chair Professor and a member of the Board of Trustees at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. He was Pro Vice Chancellor at the University of Newcastle (2006-11) and held senior academic positions at the University of Melbourne (1996-2002) and University of Sydney (2003-2006). He is Guest Professor at the Beijing Normal University and Beijing University of Foreign Studies.

Professor Nicholas takes up Chairmanship of the Board at a significant period in the development of TOP. He brings to TOP significant experience in academic governance and management that will enhance the strategic direction of the Institute.
