On 8th May, Dr Minshen Zhu signed a PhD Scholarship Agreement with Prof Steven Schwartz, Vice-Chancellor and President of Macquarie University, and Prof Shaode Qin, Chancellor of Fudan University. According to the Agreement, Top Education Group will jointly provide PhD scholarships to the students selected from Fudan University to study at Macquarie. Her Excellency Madam Ying Fu, Chinese Ambassador to Australia, is pleased to be the Patron of the Scholarship.
