Secretary-General of Boao Forum for Asia His Excellency Zhou Wenzhong and his wife visited Top Education Institute on 21 August 2012. Mr Zhou was Chinese Ambassador to Australia, Vice Foreign Minister of China and Chinese Ambassador to the US. Mr Zhou met with the representatives of the Chinese students at TOP. VIP guests from Chinese Consulate-General in Sydney to join the visit including the Deputy Consul-General Liu Kan, Education Counselor Professor Wang Xiaojia, Consul Zheng Demin and Consul Wang Hao.
