TFIN203 Security Analysis and Pricing

TFIN203 develops skills in students to enable them to explore techniques, models and industry practices used in the valuation and selection of securities for institutional equity portfolios. Students will develop their understanding based on theoretical finance concepts.  Both quantitative and fundamental analyses are addressed in the unit. Considerable attention is paid to recent research of financial markets and anomalies that form the basis for quantitative stock selection models.
