After 4 years, 6 months, and 22 days of dedicated research, we are thrilled to share that Sanaullah Shar has officially submitted his PhD thesis titled “Building SME Resilience â The Role of Resources, Integration Pathways and Its Influence for SME Market Shaping.”
The thesis explores how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can leverage resources and integration strategies to enhance resilience and shape markets, particularly in times of uncertainty and is under review by external examiners. Sanaullah has been PhD candidate at University of Tasmania’s Tasmanian School of Business & Economics (TSBE) based in Hobart.đ
