Entry Pathways
Please choose the pathway appropriate to you:
IMC offers a variety of entry pathways for applicants who do not meet the standard entry requirements for the courses, your selection will be influenced by your previous education and background, and the course that you wish to study. Â
ATAR of 85 or higher
Students who score an ATAR of 85 or higher (including adjustment factors), can study a Bachelor of Laws at IMC
ATAR of 50 or higher
Pathway > Bachelor of International Business
Students who score an ATAR of 50 or higher (including adjustment factors) have the option to study the Bachelor of International Business (General or Accounting major) and successfully transition into the Bachelor of Laws degree after completing and passing the first four units (receiving full credit).
Completed HSC
Pathway > Diploma of Business
Students who have completed Year 12 but did not meet the ATAR entry requirement, or did not apply for one, still have the chance to study law at IMC through the Diploma of Business.
Students who complete, pass and score a credit average of 65 or higher in the first four subjects are eligible to transfer to the Bachelor of Laws program (receiving full credit).
If students do not meet the standard criteria for a bachelor’s degree, they may be considered for admission into the Diploma courses,
- Successful completion of Diploma allows students to continue further study with credit for a maximum of 8 Diploma units (48 credit points) in a Bachelor course, students may choose to continue in the 2nd and 3rd years of IMC’s bachelor’s degree.

If students do not meet the standard criteria for a master’s degree, they may be considered for admission into the Graduate Certificate courses, it could be the best way to keep your postgraduate plans on track – without adding extra months or years on to your journey.Â
- Successful completion of Graduate Certificate in Business allows students to continue further study with credit of 4 units.Â

Master of Business Administration (Professional Accounting)
Master of Business Administration (Digital Business Applications)

- Successful completion of Graduate Certificate in Business Management allows students to continue further study with credit of 4 units.Â
Master of International Business
- Successful completion of Graduate Certificate in Accounting allows students to continue further study with credit of 4 units.
Master of Professional Accounting
Master of Professional Accounting Services
- Successful completion of Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics allows students to continue further study with credit of 4 units.
