Unit Overview:
This unit will review the key focus areas of intelligent taxation including enabling touchless in-memory processing and mechanising accelerated compliance. It will analyse the use of intelligent processes to comply with taxation internal requirements and appraise AI outputs for utilisation in supporting taxation activities. The unit will cover reporting using intelligent processes and its interactions with the organisational context. It will question the allocation of internal resources for AI and present arguments for the development of supporting processes for AI implementation. Human resources impact of intelligent processes and AI and emerging roles in AI will also be covered as well as the possibilities that the technology provides for taxation professionals.
