On 11 April 2013, Dr Minshen Zhu of TOP Education presented his book of The University Course of Chinese Calligraphy to the China Central Party School and China and the China Research Foundation for Marxism, and delivered his speech on Chinese Calligraphy and Morality to the trainees, postgraduate students and staff of the School.
