Dr Minshen Zhu of Top Education visited Madam Le Aimei, Honorary Ambassador for Poverty Alleviation, and other Senior Officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PR China in Beijing signing agreement

On 23 September 2013, Dr Minshen Zhu of Top Education visited Madam Le Aimei, Honorary Ambassador for Poverty Alleviation, and other Senior Officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PR China in Beijing, signed the Agreement on behalf of TOP with Poverty Alleviation Office of the Ministry to support the education aid in China Yunnan Province. The donation to education aid will come from the income from TOP’s joint program in China.
