On 26 Nov China Petroleum Circulation Association, Hai-Nan International Tourism Island Management Committee and Nan-Hai Commodity Trading Centre invited Dr Xin YI from Top Education Institute to deliver a speech on the Asia-Pacific Economy at the Nan-Hai Forum 2017.
