TTEC622 Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

In this unit, students will learn the essential principles underlying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and the practical application of these technologies in various business situations. This unit will equip students with the knowledge and the confidence to identify and evaluate opportunities for the use of AI and/or ML to reduce business costs and risks and to improve business profitability and growth.

A key feature of this unit is the availability of hands-on practical projects where students will develop a plan for the application of AI/ML in a selected organisation or some other chosen commercial context. Upon completion of this unit, students will be ready to apply acquired knowledge to support informed strategic decision making around the use of AI/ML in business situations.
